An outstanding, full time, employed opportunity has arisen within this nationally-recognised advisory firm that specialises in holistic financial planning for both individual and corporate clients. It now seeks an accomplished individual to manage and assess file reviews submitted by the firm’s IFAs in line with T&C requirements.
Using your in-depth knowledge of the UK Financial Services industry and its regulated products, you’ll ensure that all KYC information and client documentation is stored in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll review all files within agreed timescales, escalating and articulating any areas of concern, and emerging business risks, to the Group Director responsible for compliance and risk. Additionally, you’ll become involved in group projects and reviews as part of the overall compliance team.
As a file review specialist here, you’ll take great pride in achieving the highest levels of business quality, and potentially, you may even have undertaken an advisory role before. As a minimum, we invite applications from candidates who can demonstrate proven experience from within an IFA firm, where you will have carried out a client service or operational role. Ideally, you’ll also be Level 4 Diploma qualified with experience of working successfully in a KPI driven, operational environment.
In return, you can expect a basic salary of up to £32k, a bonus and a suite a suite of employee benefits that includes a generous holiday allowance, PMI, PHI, Critical Illness, Pension and much more. You’ll be based from a first-class office location but there may be an occasional requirement to travel to other offices within the branch network if required.
