This broker now has a new and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Motor Claims Handler to join its friendly, welcoming and highly professional team.
As a Commercial Motor Claims handler, you’ll play a traditional broking role where you’ll work on behalf on your client portfolio, keeping a close eye out for any procrastination in the chain, thus ensuring that all valid claims are handled and settled expediently.
You’ll be responsible for taking all First Notification of Loss calls, and subsequently notifying relevant insurers and experts, where appropriate. Additionally, you’ll produce regular claims reports, keeping a close eye on trends and concerns, highlighting any potential risk management issues to your clients and the controlling Account Executive. Additionally the retention and recording of accurate data is key to this role, and accuracy and attention to detail will be required at all times, alongside your advanced communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
