Following a period of organic growth, our client, a prestigious and highly regarded Practice with links to a large Wealth Management organisation, is seeking an additional Financial Services Administrator.

Our client has developed an enviable reputation and standing amongst its peers, building a profitable and high-profile business in the process. Following the acquisition of an additional client bank, there is a requirement for an experienced and personable Financial Services Administrator / Assistant.
The main purpose of the role is to support the Consultant in their day to day duties, managing their diary, booking meetings with clients and preparing necessary documentation for such meetings. More specifically, you will be required to prep, submit and track cases, generate quotes and construct online illustrations for clients. You will be responsible for effectively ‘managing’ the Consultant, aiming to be one step ahead of them in terms of client cases and files, and also their day to day movements. You will also be expected to complete general administration duties, including typing various documents.

Given the hands on nature of the role, and the level of input into the Consultant’s activities, it is absolutely essential that you have excellent attention to detail and initiative. You must also possess working knowledge of the financial services market and products in general, though specific qualifications are not essential. Enthusiasm and drive are also of paramount importance, as is taking pride in delivering first class service to both internal and external stakeholders.

In return, you will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary and additional benefits. Staff development is an integral part of our client’s growth strategy and as such, you will be encouraged and supported in gaining professional qualifications.
