You must have previous experience of working within Household insurance, with well-honed sales and negotiation skills. It is not essential that you have previous managerial experience, although this would certainly be advantageous. However, you must be approachable, with a positive outlook, and a genuine passion for nurturing and developing others to the best of their ability.
You will have access to a wide range of insurers and competitive rates, which will result in impressive sales figures.

Your working hours will be 10.30am to 7pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am to 3pm on a Friday.
