It now seeks an additional Insurance Adviser to continue to offer the highest possible levels of service to these, sometimes demanding, clients.
Ideally, with previous personal lines insurance experience, you’ll use your outstanding communication , relationship management and up-selling skills to respond quickly and effectively to incoming enquiries , identifying the best products and cover for your clients, and subsequently gaining their commitment to proceed. You’ll also respond in a similar fashion to recommendations and referrals from existing clients. Finally, on the sales side, you’ll manage the renewal process, identifying any gaps in cover or cross sales opportunities, promoting the relevant products for your clients needs.
Alongside your proactive, account maximisation and sales skills will be the requirement to produce accurate and efficient administration in the form of document production, updating the system with accurate information and processing premiums, mid-term adjustments and renewals. Attention to detail and accuracy is therefore paramount.
