This life insurance brokerage is relatively new on the scene, but has the financial backing of a well-established wealth management company and, as a result, are looking to expand and bring on experienced Retention Specialists to work in unison with their team of Life Insurance Sales Agents. Whilst this role deals exclusively with UK-based clients, you will be working exclusively in the land of sunshine and Sangria!
On a daily basis, you’ll be contacting clients from the firm’s existing client bank that are due for a policy renewal, with the overall goal being to retain business. As this firm sells a lot of policies to clients based all over the UK on a daily basis, there’s a lot of business to be working on. In this role, it is imperative that you maintain an excellent standard of customer service, exactly as it would be in any retentions-based position.
The earning potential is certainly there, as you can expect a base salary of £25K, with an OTE of £35K-40K for year one – that’s over £1K per month on top of your base salary!
Should you be successful, the firm will pay for your flights to Spain and set up accommodation. They’ve recently acquired a 4-bedroom staff apartment, which you’ll be free to live in, rent-free, for up to a year! However, if you would prefer your own space, the firm will provide a deposit, the first month’s rent and a car transfer, so you won’t need to worry about the expense of establishing a base in another country.
