A highly reputable financial planning practice based in Leeds seeks an experienced and technically astute Administrator.
This firm was established several years ago and has grown to become one of the most respected independent financial advisers in the area. Led by a talented and driven management team, most of the company’s business now comes from referrals and recommendations. Offering a holistic advice service to a broad range of private and corporate clientele, the company is able to cater for a wide range of requirements, including pensions, auto-enrolment, investments, inheritance tax planning and complex final salary pension transfers.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to its Advisers. The main responsibilities of the role will include the processing and submission of new business and policy tracking, as well as the preparation of client reviews for Advisers’ meetings. You will also be required to obtain quotes, prepare portfolio valuations and schedule all post meeting action points for Advisers. You will maintain up to date product knowledge and be responsible for day to day administrative tasks such as database management and operating client review systems.
You must be technically minded with a keen eye for detail. In addition, you must have administration experience within the IFA space. Organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload are paramount, as is the ability to manage relationships and expectations at all levels.
