An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work with an award winning boutique independent wealth planner, asset manager and employee benefits specialist.

As a Group Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining admin processes and data quality across its team of admin staff, based in London or Weybridge. The primary function of this role is to deliver efficient and effective use of its back-office system Intelligent Office, including accurate maintenance of client data, enhancement of administration processes, and the support/ training/ development of its client-facing admin teams. You will ensure that all documents, communications and client data are accurately maintained, and that clients receive an efficient and consistent service. You will also be responsible for conducting regular reviews of existing administration processes, leading/ supporting on projects to streamline and improve processes, as well as working closely with the Compliance Department to ensure processes meet requirements.
Ideally, you will have a few years’ experience within the independent sector of financial services and be qualified to at least CII Certificate level. As you will be using its back-office system Intelligent Office daily, you must have experience of using this within the IFA space. You will have excellent IT skills, specifically being highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages. It is essential that you have the ability to build strong relationships and have an enthusiastic and proactive manner using organisational, managing and prioritising skills.

My client is also open to the role being based in its Weybridge office or London office, dependent on candidate’s requirements.
