This firm has worked heavily within Property Acquisitions for the past several years in London, and after note-worthy success, has opened a Mortgage Brokerage division to assist its high net worth clients with securing their dream properties in Central London.
In line with its growth plans, the company seeks a high calibre Mortgage Administrator to support the team of Mortgage Brokers. Specific duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading information to lenders' portals, issuing documentation, chasing outstanding information from clients, chasing solicitors and lenders, and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a mortgage administration role and experience of taking clients through the mortgage application process. A CeMAP qualification would be preferred but is not essential. Whilst this firm is definitely looking for an English-speaking Administrator, someone with Russian or Ukrainian as a second language would be hugely advantageous as most of the firm’s clients originate from Eastern Europe, but this is also not a necessity.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of £25K-30K dependent on experience, put together with a range of company benefits.
