Due to strong organic growth, our client, a highly reputable financial planning practice, is looking to further enhance its Support Team with the appointment of an IFA Administrator.
This business boasts a group of highly successful Financial Advisors who advise both private and corporate clients. Our client is a highly innovative and forward-thinking business, adopting a holistic approach to managing its clients’ wealth, aiming for ‘best in class’ service and technology.
The main responsibilities of the role will include the processing and submission of new business and policy tracking, as well as the preparation of client reviews for Advisers’ meetings. You will also be required to obtain quotes, prepare portfolio valuations and schedule all post meeting action points for Advisers. You will maintain up to date product knowledge and be responsible for day to day administrative tasks such as database management and operating client review systems.
You will have experience of working in an administrative role within an IFA practice. Some financial qualifications would strengthen your application, however, this isn’t essential. You will be highly organised, able to work well within a team and be motivated to achieve success.
