This innovative, technology-led insurance specialist is making great waves in its specialist market of Pet Insurance, and now seeks to further strengthen its offering with this key hire. The firm seeks an experienced individual who fully understands, and has worked within, the Veterinary Industry, but who also has gained exposure to the insurance claims sector, its processes and procedures.
This dual-focused role will work closely alongside the group’s Head of Claims, and will have responsibility for building and implementing the veterinary strategy and assisting the in-house claims team with technical queries on policy cover and claims conditions.
Using your veterinary qualifications, broad knowledge of pet health, and in-depth understanding of the pet claims process and procedures, you’ll work closely with the in-house claims teams and preferred panel of vet surgeries to ensure that the best processes, efficiencies and service levels are in place. You will also be keeping a close eye at all times for areas to improve and streamline these processes for the benefit of the customer.
