This brokerage benefits from its own in-house lead generation company, which generates circa 250 finance-related enquiries a day.
A Director is currently servicing the Commercial Finance enquires, but is keen to pass this onto a dedicated Broker so that they can spend more time on business planning and strategy. At the time of writing, they are just completing a £1M bridging loan.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Broker who has broad experience of catering for a wide range of finance requirements. Whilst the CeMAP qualification would be advantageous, this is by no means essential as you will be dealing with a lot of unregulated business.
You will have access to the whole of market, as well as an experienced Admin team, who will allow you to focus on what you do best - writing business.
You will have extensive experience in this arena, and hold strong relationships with a range of lenders. You’ll be driven to earn substantial income and convert enquiries into lucrative new business.
Our client is offering an employed contract working from its office in the Huddersfield area, or a self-employed option, working either from the office, or remotely from home. On an employed basis, you’ll benefit from an OTE of circa £60K, and on the self-employed contract, you’ll enjoy earning potential much higher than this.
