A highly reputable financial planning practice based in Kent seeks an experienced and well-spoken Mortgage and Protection Administrator to work alongside senior members of staff.

Led by a talented and driven management team, most of the company’s business now comes from referrals and recommendations. Offering a holistic advice service to a broad range of private and corporate clientele, the company is able to cater for a wide range of requirements, including mortgages, protection, pensions, auto-enrolment, investments, retirement planning and estate planning.
As a Mortgage and Protection Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role, where duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading documents to lenders’ websites, liaising with lenders to make sure that offers are issued in reasonable timescales, and chasing solicitors. You will also be in regular contact with clients to update them of progress throughout the mortgage lifecycle, so it is imperative that you have excellent customer service skills.
For this role, it is essential that you have previous experience as an Administrator within financial services as the Director is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Experience as a Mortgage Administrator would be preferred but is not essential. You must also have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clientele.
You will be working in a very friendly and supportive environment. As such, you must be highly personable and a good team player.
You will enjoy working standard hours of 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) and there is free parking available.
