This well-established and aggressively independent East Midlands insurance broker seeks a highly experienced commercial insurance professional to add strength and expertise to its commercial broking department.
Working on large commercial, and some corporate cases, that generate a significant portion of the commercial department’s income, you’ll use your extensive commercial insurance knowledge to provide a concierge level of broking service to your allocated portfolio.
Working closely with the controlling Account Executives, and reporting into the Commercial Department Manager, you’ll be confident in providing an expedient broking service that includes handling mid-term adjustments, renewal preparation, obtaining terms and answering general cover queries from your clientele. Additionally, when required, you will be responsible for rebroking exercises, building the appropriate presentations and approaching the relevant markets.
As you would expect, when given responsibility for such an important caseload, our client seeks demonstrable experience from within the commercial insurance arena. You’ll ideally have c10 years cross-class commercial insurance experience under your belt, underpinned by professional qualifications to Cert CII level as a minimum.
