Working in partnership with the largest money websites in the country, roughly 1 in 3 secured loans distributed in the UK go through this firm. As a result of this tremendous success, the firm is looking to hire a Secured Loans Advisor to join its successful Secured Loans team.
This company receives between 6,000-9,000 leads on a monthly basis, so there’s never a shortage of business to be working on here, and since the leads have been pre-qualified by a specialist in-house team, you won’t be cold-calling or wasting your time with clients that you won’t be able to help.
You will be dealing with a wide variety of customers over the telephone, offering them bespoke solutions for their Loans and Mortgage requirements, selecting appropriate lenders from the whole of the market.
Previous experience as a Secured Loans Adviser is NOT essential for this role, but ideally, you will have sales experience within a targeted environment. Candidates holding the CeMAP 1 qualification would be preferred, but is not essential, although upon joining the firm, you must be prepared to study for the full CeMAP, which will be fully funded by the company.
It must also be stressed that this is not a typical 9-5 role. To give you an overview, on a Monday you’ll be working 9am-8pm, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday you’ll work either 9am-5:30pm or 12pm-8pm (alternating weekly), and Friday will be 9am-5pm. You’ll also work 1 in 4 Saturdays, which will be 9am-2:30pm.
You can expect a base salary of £23.5K with an OTE of £30K-£33K for year one and £40K+ for year two, but you can always achieve more. Top Advisers are earning £70K+!
