This firm has been providing high-quality Mortgage, Protection and General Insurance advice for over 11 years, and after experiencing considerable success and a series of new business wins, it’s looking to hire an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser who can help steer the business towards even greater success.
It must be stressed that this company is not in “growth mode” – as in it won’t be hiring 20 Advisers before 2020. Whilst the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Adviser, it firmly believes in hiring quality over quantity. This isn’t a KPI-driven and cutthroat environment; this company simply believes in providing a consistently high quality of service to its clients.
You will deal with clients both face to face and over the telephone, providing efficient Mortgage and Protection solutions from the whole of market. As such, you must have a minimum of 12 months’ recent experience within this field and be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
You will be working within a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere within this close-knit team. There’s no “hard sell” here, and no egos. You’ll also be supported by a highly efficient Admin Team, which will allow you to do what you do best; write plenty of business!
There will be no need for you to do any cold calling or self-generate business, as all leads are provided by the firm’s network of introducers and expanding client bank.
As well as provided leads, admin support and a quality-focused work environment, this firm provides traditional working hours of 9-5:30 Monday to Friday. You will be required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month but only on an appointment basis – you won’t be in the office for any longer than 2 hours!
You can expect a base salary of £20K-22K with an OTE of up to £50K for the first year, increasing to £60K-70K for the second year.
