This quality-focused firm boasts a team of successful Advisers with over 20 years of shared experience in delivering efficient ‘whole of market’ mortgage and protection advice. After establishing considerable success since its inception in 2018, as well as excellent rapport built amongst its clients, the firm is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser from a restricted or tiered background for its team in Southend.
Whilst this firm is a ‘whole of market’ brokerage, it is looking for someone who’s used to working within strict compliance and time constrained settings, as this role is very tailored to the mortgage-writing process akin to a bank or building society, but the benefit is that you’ll receive an enviable amount of commission for the mortgages that you’ll write.
To give you a brief overview of what this position will involve – you will provide telephone-based mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clientele all over the UK. This firm receives numerous high-quality leads on a daily basis from its various introducers, from which you’ll be able to write up to 30 mortgages a month, which is incredibly achievable given the amount of high-quality leads that it provides.
You will be working in an extremely efficient environment, with admin support from a dedicated Paraplanner, who will allow you to do what you do best; focus on writing business and earning substantial income.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of £21K-£25K (the high end if you have Competent Adviser Status), and as well as your base salary, you can look forward to an OTE of £40K-50K for year one and £50K-60K for year two! The working hours are 9am til 5pm (Monday to Friday) with no weekend work at this stage.
