Our client, a highly reputable and award winning local IFA practice, is looking to strengthen its existing team due to a sustained period of organic growth, with the addition of a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join a highly motivated team of individuals.

Having established the business over 15 years ago, the Managing Director has taken it from strength to strength, developing an excellent client proposition with an enviable reputation in the local market. Due to recent growth within the business, it is looking to bolster the team with the addition of an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator.

As a Financial Administrator you will provide advanced business support to one of the company’s Directors, maintaining the highest possible professional standards at all times. You will act as a liaison between work colleagues, Advisers, clients and providers, as well as compiling basic suitability reports. Some additional responsibilities will be to provide research, client valuations and process new business as well as preparing agendas and paperwork for client meetings. A vital part of this role will be to maintain and update client information, and adhere to compliance and FCA regulations.

You will have extensive financial services experience and preferably experience of working alongside senior management, however, this isn’t essential. You will have a bright and bubbly personality and be able to fit into the team easily with the ability to ‘hit the ground running’. It is essential that you are very organised, pro-active with the ability to multi-task. Experience of Xplan and Morningstar would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for this.
