You will support the Personal Lines Team through providing administration support on customers’ insurance requirements. Using your knowledge of the market, you will ensure risks are suitably covered, correcting any gaps in cover. You will learn from the more experienced team members to progress your knowledge and understanding of the markets they work within. You will also identify any cross-selling opportunities for your Team, and the Commercial Team, where appropriate.
It is essential that you have experience within a personal lines environment, and you’ll ideally have a sound working knowledge of a range of personal lines products including Household, Private Motor and Travel Insurance. It is also imperative that you have excellent communication skills and are able to forge excellent working relationships with both existing and new clients. You must be a team player, who can demonstrate flexibility and a strong track record of working to shared goals and objectives.
