This highly respected Essex based MGA continues to go from strength to strength. Following some recent key hires of Senior Underwriting staff it now seeks to add strength to the support team by employing the services of a diligent Underwriting Assistant to its team.
Working with and for some highly respected market professionals you’ll provide a focused and accurate technical support role thus freeing up and enabling the front-line underwriters to develop and onboard new business from their network of preferred introducing brokers.
As an Underwriting Assistant here your business critical role will include processing mid-term adjustments, document production, preparing and inviting renewals, liaising with brokers and analysing claims experience reports for any risk management concerns. Additionally you will become involved in the system processing of new business and subsequent collection and debiting of premiums.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate technical knowledge from within the motor insurance sector, ideally fleet risks. Attention to detail and accurate administration skills are paramount to enable the smooth running and efficiency of this major line of business. Finally, you will be comfortable working in a close-knit team environment and will be a confident communicator at all levels.
