My client, a highly productive financial planning firm based in Harrogate, is looking to recruit a Senior IFA Administrator to support its Advisor Team.
This company is an Independent Financial Planning business and its trusted expertise, personal service and proactive approach enables it to provide the individual attention its clients deserve. This company deal with complex financial planning needs for its high net worth clients, whether that be families, individuals or businesses.
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the company’s Financial Advisors, assisting in the maintenance and development of client relationships. You will process new business and be involved in preparing documents for client meetings, you will be leading this rather than just ‘taking part’. You will also be required to obtain quotes, prepare portfolio valuations and process letters of authority. You will maintain up to date product knowledge and be responsible for day to day administrative tasks such as database management and operating client review systems.
Experience within an IFA administration role is essential for this position, as well as the ability to ‘hit the ground running’. You will be highly organised, methodical and have the ability to deliver excellent customer service, being a great team player and able to cope with a fast-paced environment and a varied workload. You will have good diary management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
