A rapidly expanding financial services group is seeking a highly skilled Senior IFA Administrator/ Paraplanner to join its developing team in Oxfordshire.

Our client has been established for over 20 years, with offices throughout the country, providing both private and corporate clients with a full range of planning solutions. Encompassing a wealth of expertise through a highly successful team of Independent Financial Advisers, it is looking to add to its back-office support structure in order to streamline workload and responsibilities.

As an Administrator/ Paraplanner you will assist with reviews and customer requests as well as acting as a point of contact for clients. You will write financial planning reports and support its Advisers by conducting research on products and helping find the right solutions for clients. This role will also involve general administration duties, ensuring all client administration is carried out in accordance with procedures, maintaining client records and ensuring client files are well presented, accurate and compliant. Some additional responsibilities will be preparation of client review packs, illustration requests, back office support and screening phone calls and enquiries.

You will have experience of working in a whole of market IFA practice. Paraplanning and report writing experience is essential as well as experience of working as part of a team. You will be reliable, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads and have outstanding communication skills. You will be confident with IT, including office software packages and have a high degree of accuracy.
