Working in a supportive environment that rewards hard work with monthly bonuses – what could be better than that?
To give you a brief overview of what this position will involve – The director of the firm receives a sizeable amount of high-quality leads on a regular basis, and due to the fast-paced nature of his role as both key Mortgage Adviser and Managing Director, he needs someone with a recent CeMAP qualification or recent experience as a Mortgage Administrator to process and complete almost all of the post-sales casework after he’s converted the leads into written mortgages.
It must be said that this role will not purely involve Mortgage Administration, as within the first 10-12 months in the role, the Director will slowly hand over more Mortgages for you to write-up by yourself and receive commission as a result. This is a Trainee position, so the goal will be to steadily introduce you to the mortgage-writing process whilst giving you Mortgage Admin cases to work on to ensure that your market-knowledge improves on a weekly basis. After 12 months, you’ll be a fully qualified Mortgage Broker and will writing business on a monthly basis with no more admin responsibilities.
You will enjoy working in a very supportive and friendly team. For candidates that don’t have CeMAP, but Mortgage Admin experience, the business will provide full support during your studies for the qualification as this will be an essential part of becoming a high-earning Mortgage Broker.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of £20K-22K with an OTE of £24K-25K for the first year. This figure will obviously increase drastically in the next year when you’ll be a fully qualified Broker (both base salary and OTE). The working hours are 9am til 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) with no weekend work whatsoever.
This is a very exciting business to be part of, where you will enjoy working in a busy and thriving office with huge growth plans in place for 2020 that you will absolutely want to be a big part of. If you like what you see, then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
