This brokerage boasts many years of shared experience working within the Protection sector, and since opening its doors in 2014, its Leeds-based office has grown to employ 5 core Advisers, 25 Lead Generators, 5 Closers and several back-office staff that provide full admin support to the Advisers. The firm has recently completed a relaunch, bringing onboard new business partners who will ensure that its growth plans go ahead in full swing. As a result of this continued success, this firm is looking to hire an experienced Protection Adviser who’s eager to work on high-quality leads and become a part of the company’s success.
You’ll be advising on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and several other Protection-based products to clients across the UK and so, it is crucial that you have experience in either a Protection Adviser or Life Insurance Adviser role. This firm has 25 Lead Generators that are introducing 1,500 leads to the company per month and you’ll be receiving 12-15 per day, all pre-qualified. The LG’s aim is to gather as much information as they can before passing the leads on to you, so essentially, you’ll be working on near fully-converted leads.
To give you an idea of the earning potential at this firm, you’ll be expected to earn up to £70K in your first year, and with the quality of business there is available, there’s no reason you won’t be able to bank £25K on a monthly basis.
This is an office-based role, with a working hours structure of 10:30am-7pm from Monday to Thursday, and 10am-5pm on Friday, ensuring a more sociable finish for the weekend! You’ll also be pleased to hear that there’s no commitment to weekend work whatsoever at this stage.
You can expect a base salary of £25K - £30K with an OTE of £65K-£75K for year one, a dedicated admin team who will process all paperwork and aftersales work, and excellent career development.
