As a result of some significant new business wins in this highly competitive market place there is now a requirement for experienced claims handlers to join its impressive South Essex offices base.
You’ll be joining a newly created team that is led by a management group that exudes and fosters a culture of positivity, outstanding client service and claims excellence.
Working within achievable and highly realistic service level agreements you’ll be responsible for your own caseload of mainly domestic property claims the majority of which will emanate from HNW clientele. You’ll be allocated a settlement authority and will take ownership of your claims portfolio ensuring that all covered and substantiated claims proceed to settlement expeditiously. For higher value claims you’ll be responsible for the appointment of and subsequent liaison with all appropriate claims experts and Loss Adjusters making sure there is no procrastination in the chain.
Occasionally you’ll be involved in repudiation of claims and will be able to articulate the reasons why in clear and understandable written English giving reference to the relevant section of policy wording.
