This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser that’s looking to join a successful and rapidly expanding independent mortgage brokerage based in Burton-Upon-Trent.
This company is very much in ‘growth mode’ as we approach 2020, and as such, has a number of opportunities for office-based Mortgage Advisors.
You’ll enjoy working on predominantly Residential, Buy-To-Let and Commercial Mortgage cases from leads generated by the company. However, whilst there is no pressure for you to do so, in time, the firm would hope that you would also be proactive in trying to develop some of your own clients and relationships.
You will deal with clients over the telephone, providing efficient Mortgage advice from the whole of market. As such, you will ideally have at least 12 months’ recent experience within this field and be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). With that being said, our client will consider candidates from a restricted/ tied environment, such as banks or building societies, which presents a phenomenal opportunity for someone to move into the independent mortgage broking world!
You’ll be supported by a highly efficient Admin Team, which will allow you to do what you do best; write plenty of business!

You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of £24K-26K, and as well as your base salary, you can look forward to an OTE of £45K-60K for year one and £70K+ for year two! The working hours are 9am til 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) with no weekend work whatsoever.
