Our client, a recently established but already flourishing local IFA practice, is looking for an IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner to support its rapidly expanding client base in the Midlands.
Our client has enjoyed a phenomenal first year trading, surpassing all conceivable expectations in growth rate, putting it well ahead of the curve. As such, it requires an additional Admin/ Trainee Paraplanner, ahead of schedule, to support the existing Administrator.
Working closely with the Managing Director, operating as a team throughout the advice process, you will ensure a first-class client service is delivered. More specifically, under their guidance and supervision initially, you will conduct research on products, providers and funds, providing supporting suitability letters, developing your report writing skills over time. Other day to day duties will include dealing with client and provider queries, as well as managing relevant databases and systems. You must maintain up to date product knowledge in order to ensure reports are technically accurate and compliance standards are adhered to.
You will have experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably gained within an IFA practice. My client will consider applications from exceptional candidates from other industry sectors such as banking, providing you demonstrate the necessary passion and aptitude for a career in regulated advice. It is essential that you have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
