A major insurance brokerage within the personal lines arena seeks a talented Senior Private Car Insurance Adviser to join its award-winning team in Harrogate.

Working from state of the art offices in Harrogate city centre, you will join an energetic team, where you will provide effective customer service over the telephone to Private Car and Breakdown insurance customers. Duties will include, but not be limited to, processing mid-term adjustments, handling general client queries, and where appropriate, cross / up-selling ancillary products and services.
As a senior member of the team, part of your role will be to provide technical guidance to less-experienced members of the team in relation to Private Motor insurance.
It is essential that you have previous experience within Private Car Insurance, together with strong customer service and administration skills. As a Senior, just as importantly, you will have a genuine passion for assisting others to realise their full potential.
