As a result of this impressive activity, there is now an immediate need to hire three exceptional new individuals to enable these new clients to receive the concierge levels of service that are currently being received by existing clientele.
As a Client Manager here, you’ll be responsible for your own allocated portfolio of professional clients emanating from within the world of Lawyers, Accountants, Consultants and Architects. With a focus on building the foundations of a long-lasting business relationship, you’ll be able to build and maintain a good understanding of each client’s business including their financials, product suite, structure and key personnel. Building these relationships is key, and therefore there will be regular client-facing activity, both onsite in their offices and in your office environment too.
With support from Account Handling staff, you’ll be responsible for the co-ordination of all broking activity, making sure all adjustments, renewal activity and rebroking exercises are carried out seamlessly and efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for all carrier liaison, ensuring that the appropriate insurers are avoiding any undue procrastination and responding to queries effectively.
Whilst this role is a specialist Professional Indemnity position, you will have an eye for account maximisation and the introduction of additional value-added services that this outstanding insurance broking and risk management specialist provides.
With a proven background within the specialist Professional Indemnity space, you will also be able to demonstrate advanced communication and relationship management skills. It goes without saying that you’ll be a highly eloquent communicator and will be most polished in appearance too. The gravitas to articulate insurance information to senior professionals in City-based Law, Accountancy and Consulting firms is essential.
