Due to ongoing expansion, my client is seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator/ Team Leader to manage a team of up to four people in its busy office in Kent.
The business is a specialist firm of Independent Financial Advisers that provide first class advice to Private Clients on wealth management and strategic financial planning.
The main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to a small group of busy IFA’s and also manage and direct the administration team. The role will involve supporting with client sales to private clients, all systems-based administration and client liaison work. You will also support the Directors in their advisory work with clients, including the collation of information, the obtaining of illustrations, the production of standards letters to clients and providers.
You will ideally have a minimum of five years’ experience of working within a financial services environment, preferably the IFA space and you must have previously managed a team. It is preferred if you are FPC, or equivalent, qualified and ideally working towards diploma level. The role requires you to maintain strong relationships with clients and providers; therefore you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with others.
