Working from a very busy estate agency, you will write compliant mortgage and protection business for a wide range of clients, benefiting from the high house prices in the local area. Whilst you will be kept busy with enquiries from the estate agency, if required, the company’s head office can also top you up with leads.
You will have a access to a highly competent Administration team, who will progress all cases for you and allow you to ‘do what you do best.’
For those walking away from a pipeline of business, our client can also pay guaranteed commissions for the first 3 to 6 months – taking an average of what you have earned over the last 6 months in your previous role.
It is essential that you are CeMAP qualified and that you have recent experience of providing mortgage and protection advice. Mortgage Advisers from either independent broking backgrounds or tied environments, such as banks or building societies will be considered.
You will be rewarded with a very attractive basic salary of up to £40K, plus a lucrative commission scheme. Working hours are typically 9 – 6 / 6.30pm, and you will be encouraged to work some Saturdays, whereby you will receive a day off in lieu.
