In this telephone-based role, you will be servicing enquiries throughout the whole of the UK, tailoring Mortgage and Protection products to clients’ bespoke requirements. You will have access to a wide range of lenders and very competitive rates. As expected, you must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with previous advising experience.
There is no need to self-generate any business whatsoever; each Mortgage Adviser will start by writing over 20 mortgages a month, all from enquires generated via the firm’s network of introducers and marketing techniques.
As well as high-earning potential and an excellent lead source, you’ll be provided with a dedicated Admin team who will handle all of your paperwork and aftersales process. The firm’s opening hours are 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am to 5pm on Friday, with no weekend work whatsoever!
To give you an idea of the earning potential at this firm, you’ll be starting on a basic salary of £25K and you’ll be expected to earn up to £60K in year one, up to £75K-£80K in year two, and much more in subsequent years when your clients’ remortgages are due. The top biller banked £600K last year, so the sky really is the limit when it comes to earnings!
