This company is very much in ‘growth mode’, and as such, has a number of opportunities for office-based Mortgage Advisors within its Huddersfield branch.
You will deal with clients over the telephone, providing efficient Mortgage and Protection solutions from the whole of market. As such, you must have at least 12 months’ recent experience within this field and be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). You must also be proficient with a range of IT packages and comfortable typing and navigating your way around software, whilst on the phone to customers. You can expect to receive 5-10 leads on average per day and convert 30% of them.
You’ll be supported by a highly efficient Admin Team, which will allow you to do what you do best; write plenty of business!
Refreshingly, our client will consider candidates from a restricted/ tied environment, such as banks or building societies, which presents a phenomenal opportunity for someone to move into the independent mortgage broking world! Equally, we welcome applications from ‘whole of market’ Brokers who are looking for an ‘all leads provided environment.’
You’ll be pleased to hear that you will not be working weekends, although you will be required to work two 11am - 7pm shifts throughout the week, excluding Fridays.

There are Mortgage Advisers within the company earning £70K+, which is entirely feasible after 2 or 3 years, once remortgages are coming in. In the first year, a relatively inexperienced Mortgage Advisor could realistically expect to earn £35K+ and an experienced ‘whole of market’ Mortgage Broker could expect to earn £45K and well beyond.
This is an employed position, where you will be rewarded with a base salary of £24K, plus an attractive commission scheme.
