As Life Insurance Retention Adviser within a small team, you will be responsible for calling customers who have recently cancelled their policies, with a view to reigniting the relationship and securing cover for them again. You will be providing specialist advice across a range of Protection products, whilst dealing with a range of top insurance providers.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to quickly build strong rapport with a wide range of customers. You must also be empathetic in your approach, but also driven to write business and earn bonus.
This is full-time position working from the office in Bolton. However, as long as you work your contracted 38 hours per week, there is flexibility with your hours, which can suit people who might need to perhaps do the school run, or go to the gym first thing in the morning. You could even condense your hours into 4 days and have Friday off.
It is essential that you have previously sold Life Insurance and that you are a credible Adviser with a strong compliance record.
To secure the best person, our client is paying above market rate, and you will receive a basic salary of up to £28K, with an attractive OTE of £33,00 and free parking.
