You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and have at least 12 months’ experience within a whole of market / independent mortgage broking role. You’ll also have a strong compliance track record and an excellent telephone manner.
This is a self-employed position, where you can earn up to 40% commission on leads provided by the company, and 70% on any business that you decide to self-generate. You can also earn money from other income streams such as solicitor, will & estate referrals, and protection income. Post-sale administration support is available, should you require this.
