You will be granted a great deal of autonomy to manage your account as you see fit, ranging from the option to work from home or the office, through to complete freedom on how business is placed. This pragmatic approach extends to very realistic expectations in terms of account growth. The CEO understands that it can take years for an Exec’ or Director to get break-even, but the best result for all stakeholders comes from investing in quality staff over the longer-term, providing colleagues with all the support they need to deliver a profitable portfolio after a pre agreed time scale of several years. With this in mind, the CEO takes a commendably straight-forward approach to honouring restrictive covenants, citing that, “if you’re good enough, clients will follow in time without you breaching contractual obligations to your current employer, and we have deep enough pockets to fund you in the meantime”. Needless to say, with such a war chest at its disposal, there is scope for you to buy your current portfolio from your current employer.

We seek Account Executives from all disciplines of the insurance world, from general practitioners controlling miscellaneous commercial portfolios, through to industry specialists operating within niche sectors (such as Construction or Life Science) or specific lines of business like Med’ Mal or Latent Defects. We also welcome applications from high-performing Executives from the worlds of HNW insurance, Risk Management and Employee Benefits.
