We are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the UK’s leading, multi-award-winning Life and Healthcare Insurance brokerages based in the South of England, which is seeking a talented PPC Manager.
Working with a wide variety of providers, this company supplies a range of specialist products, providing invaluable protection to a diverse range of clientele.
You can either work from home, the office, or a mix of both, although you must be prepared to come into the office on occasions (likely to be once every 6 to 8 weeks).
This is a very exciting opportunity to develop a new ‘arm’ of this business and your success will be highly visible to the senior leadership team.
Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will spearhead the implementation, development, and continued growth of the PPC business function. This is a hands-on role that requires a results-PC Manager - Home-Based - Life Insurance / Private Healthcare / Income Protection Sector focussed performer with experience of developing and running PPC campaigns.
Key duties will include, but not be limited to, managing PPC campaigns (optimising every opportunity), producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns, analysing trends and making data-driven decisions, and proactively identifying new campaign opportunities. To perform successfully in your role, you will keep up to date with the latest industry advances and trends, as well as analysing competitor activity in order to stay ‘ahead of the game.’
You must have experience in PPC within the insurance / financial services or similar regulated markets. You will also have the ability to think strategically and develop innovative strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and drive performance accordingly is required, as are the skills to be able to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of owning and managing budgets and a history of generating significant revenue.

It is essential that within the last 3 years, you have worked in a PPC role within either Life Insurance , Private Healthcare / Medical Insurance, or Income Protection.
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £70K, together with a range of company benefits including a performance-related bonus.
