This highly successful financial advisory firm has built a great reputation in the market and as a result of growth, is looking to recruit 2 additional Financial Advisers.
This prestigious and expanding business currently has a team of approximately 20 talented individuals working within its Hertfordshire office. Its aim is to build and maintain long-term and trusted relationships with its clients to meet their financial objectives.
There are 2 positions currently available as follows:-
FINANCIAL ADVISER AND COACH – this is a hybrid role split between 70% servicing an existing book of private clients, and 30% coaching and training a team of up to 5 Financial Advisors, where you will receive a performance-related bonus based on the increased production and skillset of the team. As such, you must be an accomplished Financial Adviser, as well as having demonstrable success in coaching others. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £65K (self-employed options also available) with genuine on target earnings of £100K.
SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISER – in this role, you will service an existing client portfolio, as well as growing your book via the development of existing clients and the acquisition of new ones. This role offers an attractive basic salary of up to £70K plus bonus, with genuine on target earnings of £100K.
For both roles, you must of course be Level 4 qualified, with previous IFA experience and a first-class approach to client service.
There is a great amount of flexibility provided by this company, with the ability to work either from home or from the office, or a combination of the two (ideally, you will be in the office at least once a week.) You will be provided with excellent support through the company’s very effective Marketing & Events Team, which is focused exclusively on lead generation for Financial Advisors.
You will also be provided with annual and quarterly business planning support, as well as individual mentoring. The firm will support you to win ‘big deals’ and ensure that these are processed efficiently and effectively by a highly competent and efficient paraplanning team.
