An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior IFA Administrator to work with a city-based boutique independent wealth planner, asset manager and employee benefits specialist.

This company has been awarded Corporate Chartered status and it provides objective advice to meet its clients’ best interests. Its Financial Planners have a commitment to providing the best service and support to the highest quality.

As a Senior Administrator, you will work closely alongside its Group Administration Manager and Data and Systems Coordinators. You will be supporting the effective use of iO to ensure the highest quality client service and role efficiency for client-facing Administrators. You will also help with the delivery of training and systems support for new and existing admin staff, contributing to the design, implementation and enhancement of training programmes as required. The role will involve working with the Compliance department to ensure that processes meet with their requirements.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working within the independent sector of the financial services industry, in a relevant administration or operations role. You will have experience of using Intelligent Office and have a talent for working with systems and managing data effectively. Excellent IT skills are essential, as well as being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages. You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of attention to detail.

This will initially be a home-based role, with some travel required to both its offices as they re-open and usage increases. You will be rewarded with a fantastic basic salary, which is flexible based on experience, along with a discretionary bonus based on performance.
