We are delighted to be assisting one of Yorkshire’s premier estate agencies with the appointment of an experienced Mortgage Administrator within its specialist Financial Services division in Leeds.
This business has a reputation for quality and has a superb brand in the local residential property market.
Working within a very friendly and supportive team, you will be assisting a number of Mortgage Advisers with their administration. Duties will include, but not be limited to, submitting applications to lenders, chasing lenders, clients and solicitors for outstanding documentation, checking paperwork, and dealing with ad hoc queries.
We are looking for someone who has strong experience within mortgage administration. Perhaps you are a Mortgage Adviser who is looking for less pressure with targets, but still want to be involved with mortgages?
You must be well-organised, with excellent attention to detail, and you must be assertive in order to influence stakeholders to ‘make things happen’.
Whilst there is no pressure to move on from this role, this company is continually growing and can offer a range of attractive career development opportunities within the group.

This role can be either office or home-based. If you are a very competent Mortgage Administrator who requires very little training, you will be able to work entirely from home.
