This outstanding, independent insurance broking organisation has rare opportunities for two Motor Claims Handlers to join its specialist Motor Claims Team to focus upon the provision of a concierge level of claims service whilst also maximising recoveries and minimising leakage.
In this varied and exciting role, you’ll proactively manage a caseload of Motor claims from First Notification of Loss to Settlement and recovering any outlays thereafter, bringing each claim to a swift and amicable conclusion. Using your outstanding negotiation, communication and influencing skills, you’ll be comfortable and driven to negotiate settlement of own damage, credit hire, repair and other uninsured losses in a timely fashion. To reach a successful conclusion, you’ll be able to investigate and resolve liability disputes, successfully negotiate rates, and liaise with suppliers, customers and TP Insurers on a daily basis, and thus you’ll be an eloquent communicator at all times.
Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate a wealth of Motor claims experience with advanced knowledge of Credit Hire and a sound understanding of ABI GTA being hugely advantageous. Consideration can also be given if your experience is from the wider claims environment, where you provide evidence of outstanding communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Refreshingly, this is strictly NOT a call centre-based role. You’ll only be expected to work on a Monday – Friday 9 to 5 basis, and will enjoy a professional yet fun office culture based very close to the heart of Liverpool city centre.
