The company now has an exciting vacancy for either an existing Claims Handler, or a career-driven graduate, to join its specialist claims handling team.
With a thirst for knowledge and the ability to accommodate a steep learning-curve, your role will be to handle a diverse portfolio of specialist claims within agreed service levels and policy wordings. You’ll become responsible for assessing new claims against policy coverage, instructing solicitors when appropriate. Additionally, you’ll have responsibility for keeping the policyholders aware of the processes, timescales and ongoing developments of their claims.
To succeed in this exciting and demanding role, you’ll be able to demonstrate eloquent and professional communication skills alongside advanced organisation, administration and IT abilities. A keen desire to build a career in the insurance sector and to study professionally would also be warmly welcomed and supported.
