Exciting new opportunities have now arisen with the Specialist Claims Management division to handle live claims portfolios in a Lead, decision-making capacity on behalf of a loyal clientele of 12 Lloyd’s Managing Agencies. Working within pre-agreed Service Level Agreements, you’ll handle a varied caseload of both straightforward and complex claims within your own personal claims handling authority.
We are keen to speak to Financial Institutions/ Professional Indemnity Claims Specialists with proven decision-making claims experience in either field. We anticipate that this experience will have been gained from within an insurer, syndicate, MGA or TPA, but it is essential that you will be able to demonstrate proven experience in quantum, coverage, liability negotiations, and the provision of accurate claims reporting.
Additionally, demonstrable London Market claims experience will be a preferable and being conversant with both CLASS and ECF will be most advantageous to hit the ground running in these roles. You’ll be handling claims from both the UK and overseas, so any experience of international claims work will be most advantageous.
It’s acknowledged that we’re in the midst of a global pandemic and therefore, initially, these roles will be based from home. Going forward, our client can see the benefits and positives of a flexible and fluid workforce, and therefore home-working can continue to be embraced with a regular (potentially once a fortnight) presence required in the City office. If you’d prefer to work more frequently from the flagship City office, then that will of course be accommodated and welcomed.
