This directly authorised firm has been providing mortgage and protection solutions, throughout East Anglia and the surrounding area, for several decades. The company is extremely well-connected and generates business from a wide variety of sources, which has resulted in an impressive client bank and many repeat customers. In fact, most of the firm’s business comes via referrals and recommendations and as such, there is no need for prospecting or convincing other people to generate leads for you!

This is not a firm where you will be micro-managed. Being a smaller, boutique business, you will enjoy a great deal of autonomy, which is hard to find in more corporate organisations. Refreshingly, you will also enjoy working traditional office hours (9am til 5.30pm Monday to Friday).
You will provide mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients, both over the telephone and face to face. With access to the whole of market, you’ll be able to cater for a wide range of requirements. And you’ll be supported by a very efficient Mortgage Administrator too, who will allow you to focus on what you do best; providing quality advice and earning money.
You’ll be pleased to hear that you do not need to bring over your own clients as there is more than enough existing business to service.
It is essential that you have previous experience of giving mortgage advice and that you posses first-class relationship management skills, in line with this firm’s great reputation. As expected, you will be CeMAP qualified and signed off. Ideally, you will come from an independent mortgage broking background, with experience of selling Protection. However, we will not discount great Mortgage Advisers from a banking environment who perhaps have not sold Life Insurance, but have a good general understanding of it.
You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary (negotiable, depending on experience), plus an attractive bonus scheme which will provide a realistic year one OTE of £40K - £50K, and much more in subsequent years.
