It is headed by a young management team who have great pride in all that they are achieving, a genuine focus on delivering a quality service, and they are not afraid to challenge the status quo. This approach is serving them incredibly well, and they are continuing to win quality accounts from more steady-away broking houses with a “well, we’ve always done it this way” mentality, or who simply cannot match this firm’s impressive sense of urgency and are left standing in its wake.
