Working within a highly welcoming and supportive team environment your role will have primary responsibility for the delivery of a high calibre claims service . Working within agreed service levels you’ll be handling claims on behalf of a leading Global Insurance specialist.
This pioneering piece of business will see you handling a wide variety of global claims within a team that is responsible for handling all new claims that come into the organisation. With business mainly placed in the London Market it naturally follows that all claims will be handled within the relevant London Market processes and systems too. Of course ,you can expect a thorough induction and training programme (classroom and on the job based) that will upskill you with the knowledge and expertise to technically process these specialist claims that emanate from all over the world.
Essentially you’ll be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years claims experience, ideally from within the commercial sector but other classes can be considered for exceptional individuals. You’ll also bring a thirst for knowledge, desire to learn and utmost pride in delivering the highest possible levels of client service at all times.
