Upon joining the company, you will benefit from the first-class training and development programme that this organisation is renowned for. You’ll be trained by some of the brightest and best senior brokers in the market, who will be committed to your professional development from day one.

On completion of your training programme, you will inherit a portfolio of small commercial clients, for whom you will manage their insurance programmes. As such, this role will give you exposure to a wide range of insurance covers including Commercial Property, Liability, Motor, Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers. Using your excellent customer service skills, you’ll manage and develop strong relationships with your clients, identifying ways to further protect them against any possible insurable risks. You’ll enjoy a busy and varied role, which will see you solving lots of problems, and dealing with very interesting customer enquiries.

Whilst commercial insurance experience isn’t required for this, you MUST have some kind of previous insurance experience – for example, personal lines, Household / Home / Motor / Pet / Travel / Private Health Insurance / PMI / Life Insurance / Life Insurance. Just as importantly, you will have previously worked in a busy, telephone-based environment, where you will have developed excellent communication skills.
