Our client has been established for circa 15 years and during this time, it has become a major player within the Credit Hire market. Specialising in the Commercial Vehicle sector, it is renowned for providing specialist solutions; an area where many of its competitors fail. With a range of services including Credit Hire, Direct Hire, Accident Management and Repair Management, as well as boasting its own fleet of vehicles, this company is well-positioned to service the most demanding of insurance brokers.

Up until now, the MD has personally taken responsibility for the company’s sales and business development, and due to significant growth, is now seeking an experienced BDM to take ownership of this. As such, this is an amazing opportunity for a Business Development Manager who would like to really ‘make their mark’ within a growing, independent business, which could potentially lead to a Sales Director position and beyond.
In fact, having discussed this opportunity at length, the MD said that an equity stake within the business is a genuine possibility for someone who really proves themselves.
The company is rolling out an exciting new proposition for its broker partners and as such, this is a very exciting time to join. Moreover, this is not just a ‘bog standard’ Business Development Manager role; the MD is looking for someone who can assist them with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, Account Management, MI Reporting and Business Planning.
We are seeking a BDM who has a good understanding of the Credit Hire market and who is well-networked with insurance brokers in the Commercial Vehicle sector. Crucially, our client is focused on appointing someone who truly shares its ethical values. Just as importantly, you’ll be well-presented, an impressive company ambassador, and you’ll be self-motivated to achieve personal and business objectives.
The company’s HQ is in the North of England, however, it is flexible on the successful candidate’s location. Those with a strong network of brokers in the North would be of particular interest to our client, although all well-networked Credit Hire BDMs will be considered.
