Working in this phone-based role within the Motor Customer Service Team, you will process adjustments to customers’ existing policies, deal with general enquiries, and take payments accordingly.
You must have some previous experience of working within the insurance market, however, this need not be within Motor insurance. We are just looking for people who have a basic understanding of insurance, who are used to working in a regulated environment. Just as importantly, you’ll have a great telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure, and you’ll be competent when it comes to using IT whilst speaking to customers.
