This broking house predominantly deals with corporate clients, and the Birmingham branch portfolio comprises complex risks from a wide range of industry sectors such as Automotive, Food & Beverage, Technology and Construction.
You’ll be working within a dynamic team of 8 other Claims Associates, which sits within the broker’s formidable claims operation. The team in question provides advice and support to clients and colleagues with regard to all things claims-related. This includes acting on behalf of clients, conducting negotiations with insurers, solicitors and other third parties, whilst managing stakeholders’ expectations accordingly.
It is essential that you have previous claims experience gained within a broking environment, and ideally this will include managing your own caseload of claims. You must be well-organised, with good task management skills, and be able to work to deadlines. You must also pride yourself on being a team player who enjoys working to shared goals and objectives.
